Logitech G433

Logitech is one of the best-known manufacturers in the hardware scene. While the Swiss just by their excellent mice and keyboards of the G-series we are still waiting for a really impressive audio product. Maybe the Logitech G433 is what we've been waiting for.

The Logitech G433 has average audio and microphone quality but is comfortable and compatible with all platforms compatible. The scope of delivery is convincing.

Gaming headset as a lifestyle product

The G433 comes in four different colors including black, red, blue and camouflage blue? So there should be something for everyone. This variety of colors is paid for with a fabric surface instead of plastic or metal. That's why this feels Gaming Headset not bad per se, but certainly not as high quality as the competition. The large ear cups are made of what appears to be the same fabric and feel a bit rough. But the fabric does not get as warm as leather.

The G433 is also one of the lightest headsets in comparison and weighs just 274 grams. The design is simple and unobtrusive. It fits that Microphone and remove the cable. With the G433, you shouldn't get any suspicious looks on the train either. However, the microphone is responsible for some annoyances. It is hardly adjustable and therefore does not allow positioning. The size adjustment also seems a bit cheap. Mute button and volume wheel are embedded in the cable. A little downer in terms of software: Since we use the G900 and the C922, the G433 was the third Logitech product connected to our computer. The driver didn't seem to like that and couldn't be opened even after reinstalls. The problem could only be solved when we removed one of the devices.

Nothing quite on depth

The sound of the Logitech G433 leaves a lot to be desired. While the headset is loud enough, it lacks clarity and bass. A lot can be adjusted here with the equalizer. Otherwise, the headphones are certainly suitable and closed for gaming. The insulation is just right, not too strong and not too weak.

Watch out, sharp

The G433's microphone comes as no surprise. Like most of the competition, the quality is sufficient for voice chat, but nothing more is possible. The G433 is low-noise and loud enough, but S-sounds are picked up very sharply. The inflexibility of the microphone also makes breathing noises difficult to avoid. This puts the G433 right in the middle of our comparison.

Equipment rich

Anyone who buys the Logitech G433 gets everything they could need. The headset comes with a USB sound card, additional ear pads, 3,5mm jack cable for the consoles and a travel case. That's a lot and significantly more than the other providers give. With this, Logitech conceals the smaller weaknesses in terms of microphone and sound. In terms of price, the G433 is the second cheapest option in the product field. We only refrain from recommending it because of the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. But if you own a PC and several consoles and are looking for a headset for everything, the G433 is the best overall package.
