DVB-T2 HD is finally here!

DVBT HD2 logo

DVB-T was switched off yesterday. If you, as a consumer with antenna reception, want to continue watching television and not stare at a black screen, must therefore switch to DVB-T2 HD. Don't worry, you don't really have to change it. Only between 0:12 a.m. and 29:12 p.m. of today, March XNUMXth, no image is available. The "hard cut" can be ended by a channel scan after XNUMX o'clock. However, a capable device is required. Why all this and what are the advantages? We have listed the most frequently asked questions to provide clarity.

What is DBV-T2 HD anyway?

  • DBV-T2 HD replaces the previous antenna reception DBV-T. This means that all common channels can be watched in the highest resolution (Full HD) of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
